Luke helped Suzie Claus bring presents to the UPS store today! Its surprisingly warm for December - about 40 degrees.

Lines and circles and swirls oh my!

Charles sent me some 'visual stimuli for infants'. Black and white patterns that you print out and hold up like flash cards for the baby - so we played with them today. Luke loves them! He likes the circle patterns the best - it was so cool because you could tell he really studies each one. It sure filled up the time in between his whopping 2 ten minute naps today.

Luke Says Hi!

Now that is solid gold...

Today I had Luke in his moby wrap on my chest and we were dancing to the solid gold oldies. Luke took my hand, and we danced together to Sittin' By the Dock of the Bay...he held it for the whole song. We had a rough night with very little sleep last night - but moments like this make all that melt away.

Big strides!

Luke suggested mommy go for a walk on the treadmill today since its too cold to go outside. So he got in his carrier and we went up to the workout room and he slept while mommy walked a mile!

Luke likes the solid gold oldies channel on the tv. All the hits from the late 50s and 60s. I've been playing it for him to go to sleep, so I turned it on in the workout room too - he sleeps like a baby when it comes on!
