Luke loves his superman time

Luke absolutely loves doing superman (I lift him up on my legs and fly him around while singing the theme to Superman). Here is what it looks like from my perspective (my second set of arms came in handy to hold the camera :) )

Luke is 3 months old! He celebrated with mommy and daddy and lots of cuddles :)

Chicago winter is finally upon us. And Luke has a new snowsuit to help him brave the cold days (thanks Gramma Carol!).

Busy Week!

Well its the end of a busy week in the life of a very special 10 week old! Yes thats right Luke is 10 weeks old already. At his 2 month appointment he weighed 12lbs 2oz so he must be about 12.5bs of lovable sweetness by now.

This week we visited my job and Charles job so that Luke could meet the people we work with. He wore his favorite outfit - quite fitting for the occasion!

Playtime! It snowed this week so we were stuck in the house. I looked up some new games to play with Luke. We played the sound game where I find things around the house and toys that make different noises and have Luke notice the noises. I also morphed this into what I call the car alarm game - where I make different noises with my mouth for him to respond to. But his all time favorite game is superman! Where I pick him up on my legs - I play the theme to Superman on my phone while he's in the air - he seriously cracks up he loves it. Its hard to get a good picture or video because my hands are tied up and if i try to take a pic the music stops - so this one will have to do!

It was so warm today Luke and I and my friend B took a walk by the lake! I even had the stroller cover down so that Luke could see the sky. He usually sleeps on walks but he was awake the whole time - he loved it!
