Talkin' with Luke

We ordered some sushi tonight and got pot stickers for Luke. He enjoyed them very much - we talked about it after dinner. Here's the clip!

This last weekend we visited with Aaron and Kelly and baby Camilla. Then on Sunday we visited with Angel and Vicki and little Venetia. It was cool because Aaron and Kelly get to see where Camilla will be a year from now because their baby is only 3 months old now, and we get to see how Luke will be a year from now because Venetia is a little over 2!

Winter break 2012

And so winter break 2012 comes to an end. It has been such a wonderful week and a half. We did so much - celebrated Christmas, saw gramma carol and gramma Cassandra each twice! Went to navy pier and the children's museum, went to pickles playroom, played ukulele and had jam sessions while Luke played moraccas. One of the biggest things that's happened - was Luke learned to stand up in his own, and once he did that, something clicked and he just took off into full toddlerdom. He also learned how to sign 'more' so he's starting to communicate with us! It's so amazing. He is really growing up! I just treasure the times like this that we get to spend with him. So much fun.

Luke partyed a little too hard on New Years and had to be carried out of the party - 2013 woot!
