Lukes First Sox game
We went with Uncle Mitch and Ashley to Luke's first White Sox game. It was so much fun - the White sox won - they hit so many home runs, we sang the baseball song and then watched the fireworks. It was such a magical night!
Wisconsin Dells
Memorial day trip to Wisconsin Dells. We stayed at Kalahari and the water park was HUGE! We went on all the water slides - our favorite was the Master Blaster! We also played some rounds of putt putt. Luke enjoyed it so much we made putt putt in the backyard when we got home!
Playing with old friends
We got the chance to hang out with Bonnie and Edith and Sergio, Desiree and Rosalie today at the park! Good times!
Mothers Day
Charles and I made breakfast for mom on mothers day - and Luke got a very special reading of Tubby the Tuba.
Make a wish!
Mahler's Second
We were so excited to see Mom and Jimbo play Mahler's second symphony at Symphony Center. BRAVO! What a moving performance!
Happy Metra ticket holder!
Once again, Luke is very excited we are taking the metra train! And mommy and daddy are excited to get some artisan cheese from the French Market at the Ogilvy station! Win, win!
Scootin' around
Not yet interested in teh bike, but Luke sure does love scooting around on his scooter!
Making Train stations
While winter is giving its last hurrah - we have been inside a bit more. Luke likes to decorate the downstairs with the names of all the train stations of the red line or the blue line. He's even learning to read and write the names of the stations!
New Day Care!
Luke started a bew day care this week! He is making new friends and learning so many things!
Jimbo's 40th!
We went to Medieval Times to celebrate Jim's birthday. He is now a Knight of the Realm!
Dance party Fridays
Luke loves 80s music - one of our favorite dance party songs is "I wear my sunglasses at night". So we put on sunglasses of course.
