LA and Disneyland!
We visited all of the family out west - so many wonderful people to see! It was so so so great to spend time with everyone...and to see Mickey Mouse! Luke's favorite was seeing Captain Eo on the big screen - it was his first movie experience. We thought he might be scared - but he loved it. He clapped and danced - so much fun. After tripping first thing after we got out of the car - and busting his lip wide open - after a popsicle or two he was good to go! Too bad small world and pirate were closed - but it forced us to "save some fun for next time!!!" From seeing family, to jumping in the ocean twice, to Disneyland, to visiting with Granny and Grandad who came all the way out from AZ - such an awesome time.

Luke dances Ode to Joy
Luke loves Ode to Joy. Here is a snippet of a morning dance session. He figured out that it comes on 3rd on the demo on his casio keyboard. Rinse, wash, repeat - this went on for 20 minutes that morning...

Happy Birthday, Happy Spring!
We FINALLY got a chance to go outside on Sunday. We spent 2 hours at the park! When Luke got on the swing it was like he was swinging for the first time! Wooooooooo! He was like "I'm swinging Daddy I'm swiiiiinnnngggiiinnnngggg! Can't wait for more sunny and warm (emphasis there on warm) days.
Then we went to Gramma Carol's house for some birthday cake for Daddy Charles. Luke helped blow out the candles. He was so excited to eat the cake he just picked it up with his hands and ate it.
And someone is all set for easter! Thank you Granny Cassandra!

Being a ham...
We went to Pickles for a playdate with Jason and Grace yesterday and we went to Golden Nugget for breakfast afterwards. Luke was hammin' it up - and Grace would keep saying "silly Luke". We all had a great time - yeah President's day!
